"I have brought about 8 pieces to these guys and each time I’m amazed at what returns. Brought in an incredibly difficult resizing job in a high karat that I didn’t expect they’d be able to complete. It was done PERFECTLY. They are some of the most talented jewelers in the desert and are an absolute a hidden gem in the mall. They are truly kind and honest but the work alone speaks for itself. Will be a customer for life!"

"Went to the Palm Desert location to get an estimate and on repairing the latch on a gold anklet this afternoon. I had been to another jewelry store a few minutes earlier. It took the Expert Repairs technician less than 5 minutes to fix, and saved me over $200 (which the other store quoted me). I'm totally recommending this shop to my friends and will return in the future for other repairs and purchases."
