"I've worn the same watch for nearly 18 years, a Citizen Eco Drive. I've been to nearly a dozen shops trying to get the watch fixed. Not only did they determine what was actually wrong with it in moments, the turn around time for repair wasn't bad either. Thanks to them, I'm hoping to get another 18 years out of this watch."

"I brought in a higher end watch for repair. I believed that one of the ceramic links was cracked and needed replacement. The gentlemen behind the counter noticed that the link had been installed incorrectly and quickly remedied the issue. I was impressed with the costumer service, to say the least. Thank you. I will be back with all of my repair and battery replacement issues. My local jeweler missed the fact that the link wasn't installed correctly. "

"went in on thursday to get my engagement ring resized. dropped it off and was able to pick it up the next day. they also cleaned my diamond, which made it sparkle like new! very reasonably priced, fast service, and friendly staff"

"Fix my watch in 3 minutes, it was just a band adjustment. Charge me like 10 bucks and I was out of there in 3 minutes. Very happy they are very friendly."
